We’re a family-owned business that resides in the Dandenong Ranges.
We have been in the photography industry for over a decade.
In our spare time you can find us out looking for nifty things at local markets, playing fun make-believe games (my kids’ current favourite is ‘monster hotel’), or having a chill music session and playing guitar. Or, most likely, you’ll find us brunching. (We might have a brunch problem.) (No complaints, we’ve made our peace with it.)

At The Little Picture, we want your photo session to be easy, fun and stress-free.
We run super laid-back sessions in your choice of our comfy home studio in Emerald VIC or the gorgeous surrounding forests. (For other location options, please see our Special Location Days.)
To make things easier for yourself and your kiddos, we keep things short and sweet. All sessions are approx 20-30 mins long. (Don't worry, we're pros - this gives us plenty of time to get an adorable set of photos while keeping the little ones in a great mood!
You'll receive your edited digital images in a quick 48-hour turnaround.

Our specialty is families. We love documenting your families grow.!
We capture moments from maternity through to babies through to childhood and beyond.
(Please note that while we love photographing your tiny new bubs, we do not offer traditional posed newborn sessions. Feel free to contact us with the form below for any clarification on this!)

On selected Saturdays and Sundays, we like to host Special Location Days. This basically means The Little Picture goes on an excursion from our home base in Emerald and hosts a day of photography sessions at a different spot.
These might be at our beautiful local beaches, out in the botanical gardens, an open field, the CBD - anywhere we might be excited to shoot next. We know some gems around Melbourne!
Special Location Days are all noted in detail on our Bookings tab. To grab one of these sessions, simply book in using our handy online booking system!

We run sessions on Mondays, Saturdays and Sundays. Our handy bookings calendar will display our up-to-date availability for you.
